1. Do the courses cost money?
Yes. ERTS does not have corporate sponsorship to be able to provide courses for free to the
public.
2. How old do children have to be to attend a class?
For CPR and First aid, the recommended age for attendance is 7th grade or approximately 12
years old.
3. ERTS does not list any courses as a "refresher course." How long will I have to attend if I only
need a refresher course.
The courses flow based on the students that are in attendance. The scheduled times list in the
"Course Section," are based on completely new students. Most students enjoy the entire
refresher, since this is not a skill that is used on a regular basis.
4. My work requires that I have an "American Heart Association or American Red Cross Course
completion card. Can ERTS provide that for me?
ERTS is not an authorized trainer for the American Heart Association or the
American Red Cross. If you require that specific course completion card, you will have to located
a trainer with that specific organization.
5. Can I pay with a credit card?
ERTS is currently working to accept credit card payments, but that has not been completed at
this time.
6. We have a large organization and we need courses taught that fit our work schedule, can you
provide the training during weekdays, evenings and night-shifts?
Yes, ERTS is able to provide additional instructors for large classes. We can train during the day,
evenings or night shifts. We will provide training to meet the needs of your company.
